On November 6th and 7th 2019, I went to Negril to give a helping hand with my Cornerstone family. The project See Better Learn Better is a wide base project that examines kids eyes to see if they needed glasses. This project was done in Rose Town where 112 children eyes got examined and 50 children from that total was in need of glasses. The best part of this project is you feel loved and welcome by people who you just met for the first time and that is a great feeling. Negril moment was a bit challenging because some kids didn’t want to take the eye drops and it slowed up the procedure but not for long as the children saw that other kids that are smaller than them taking the drops with ease. It was my second time doing this job and I love it, can’t wait for another clinic day.
